Part Time Industrial Administrator
Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Part Time Administrator to work within a manufacturing environment in Whitstable. Successful candidates must have the following:
*Experience in Administration within an Industrial background to include order processing.
*GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
*Good communication and organisation skills.
*Excellent customer service.
*Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
*Experience using Sage accounting software is preferred.
Duties will include:
*Answering and directing telephone calls.
*Sending and answering email enquiries.
*Timesheets and holiday booking.
*General office tasks like scanning and filing.
*Logistics for sending items out for delivery.
*Typing headed letters.
*Updating of, and creating, personnel records.
Hours will be 10am-2pm Monday to Friday.
This is a role is an on-going temporary role with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.
