Customer Service Team Leader (12 Month FTC)
Full Job Description
A Customer Service Team Leader is required to join an employer of choice in Kent - a global player in their field. The role will be on a fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
Supervising a team of 12, the incoming candidate will be accountable for daily customer service and sales operations. You will be accountable for the smooth running of all communications between customers and the business, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately to ensure goods are manufactured and delivered on time.
Applicants will need to have proven Customer Service Supervisory/Managerial skills in order to be considered, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or construction background. SAP experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
Candidates will need to be available with immediate effect in order to be considered. Owing to the location of the firm it is advisable that candidates have their own transport.
