We are really pleased to be supporting a rapidly expanding business in the Herne Bay area who a looking for a new person to join their team in support of the on going projects the business has.
The successful person will play a crucial role in managing the progress of multiple construction projects ranging form 10k- 500k in value
You will be going out on site to meet with clients, really understand the client need and expectations, estimating the cost of projects, liaising with merchants to source building materials at the best price, arranging delivery of goods, planning building schedules, booking in contractors, sending invoices dealing with customer enquiries on the phone issuing quotes and gathering information as required.
We are looking for someone with high attention to detail and the ability to spin multiple plates at one time. Knowledge of the building and construction industry is essential for this role as is the ability to drive - you must have a full clean driving licence to be considered.
There are excellent opportunities to grow and develop within the business and you will be fully supported in the embedding process as you join the company.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am -4.30pm.
