A global market leading manufacturer are looking for an Architectural Consultant to join their commercial team in order to give leverage to their big brands and grow their market share.
You will develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and ensure internal processes and resources are in place and followed to deliver an excellent customer experience and maximise sales.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
* Develop and maintain great relationships with architects, specifiers, developers, construction companies and the OEM door manufacturers market; * Facilitate the creation of key account structures to develop cross-functional teams for multiple effective contact points for major customers, and maintain; * Development and implementation of strategies and plans to align product offering to customer strategic direction and maximise opportunities with our Key Account Manager's accounts; * Collect customer, market and business intelligence information and capture in "real time" by feeding into the CRM and ERP for optimised customer, market and business intelligence.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a background within the architectural ironmongery sector, with knowledge of mechanical and electronic architectural hardware / ironmongery products and solutions including access control
This role involves travel and therefore you will need to hold a full, clean, driving licence.
